Effective March 19 - June 12, students will be learning online. The school office will be closed with a skeleton crew checking emails and answering phone calls. All employees are accessible via email or you can email office@stbonaventureschool.org for an immediate response.

Q. What is the distance learning grading policy?

Q. How will the teachers interact with the students?
A. The teachers will email specific instructions based on grades. TK -2nd will be using Seesaw. 3rd-8th will be using google classroom. Junior High students will continue to use their existing online platforms. Additional technology is Zoom or Google Meet for online live or taped lessons. Private youtube videos will also be shared for storytime, and other educational purposes.
Q. When will the teacher assign work?
A. You will receive assignments each week for daily work. The minutes per subject vary based on grade level. Teachers will email specifc grade level instructions and protocols.
Q. How will my child or I communicate with the teacher?
A. The teacher will communicate 1+ weekly via email. The teacher will be available and responsive 8 am to 3 pm daily (M-F). In addition, there are three ways to communicate:
1) Email teacher directly.
2) Daily virtual office hours (8-9 am or 2-3 pm). Office hours are via email or video conferencing via appointment only.
3) Video conference - by appointment only and must have 3 people (no student & teacher only conferencing).
