TUITION AND FEES
The tuition for the 2020-2021 school year can be viewed on the Documents area below. Next year's fees will be released shortly.
The In-Parish tuition rates are available to all families that are officially registered members of St. Bonaventure Parish, as evidenced by their Parish ID number. This number is requested on the registration form. Families who are registered members of another Catholic Parish which does not have a Parish School may qualify for the In-Parish Tuition Rates.
The Out of Parish and Non-Catholic tuition rates are required from all families that are not officially registered members of St. Bonaventure Parish, registered at another Catholic Parish that has its own school, not active participants at a Parish without a school, or are non-Catholic.
TUITION PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS
St. Bonaventure Catholic School utilizes FACTS Tuition Management Company for the collection of tuition payments and school fees. ALL FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A FACTS ACCOUNT.
Families have three options for paying their tuition:
Option 1: One cash or check payment in full directly to SBS by July 1. Your FACTS account will only be used to pay incidental school fees.
Option 2: One credit card payment in full (due July 1st) through the FACTS program. This is the only credit card payment option for tuition.
Option 3: Enrollment in the FACTS program for 10 monthly or 4 quarterly payments by Automatic Bank Payment (ACH). The FACTS Enrollment Fee for this option is $50.00 per school year. ACH payments can be processed on either the 20th of the month starting July 5th or July 20th ending in April of the following year..
Registration Fees are non-refundable. There are grade level fees for 6th - 8th grades. These are refundable if a student does not start school in the fall, but not if a student leaves mid-year.
Late registration, (after May 22nd for returning families), will incur a $100 late fee per student and will be on a space-available basis.
Students will not be admitted to the school in September if tuition and fee payments are not up to date.
Withdrawals: Tuition will be prorated on a monthly basis for any student withdrawing during the school year from September to May. If after the proration the student's account is overpaid, a refund will be issued. If however, after proration, the student's account is underpaid, that underpaid balance must be paid immediately. When a student terminates his/her attendance at St. Bonaventure Catholic School, all unpaid tuition, fees, and other charges become due and payable immediately before the student's records shall be forwarded to the new school.
St. Bonaventure School reserves the right to deny readmission to any family delinquent in tuition and/or fees, or who has not met the established Service or Yard Duty requirements.
