About the PFA

 

The Parent Faculty Association assists in the day-to-day operations of the school by overseeing most service positions. The PFA also supports various academic programs, provides funds for teacher appreciation and organizes community events such as Grandparents Day, Father Daughter Dance, Mother Son Event, Trunk or Treat and more. Fundraising events are held throughout the year to support the SBS operating budget. These include the Annual Giving Fund, the Annual Gala and the St. Bonaventure Golf Classic. PFA meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month at 8 am in Duffy and are open to all parents. The first meeting is September 14th. Hope to see you there! Join the Board!

Board Members are selected by a parent-led nominating committee and approved by the Principal. If you are interested in actively joining the PFA Board, please submit your name to the PFA Vice President. Open positions are announced and nominations accepted in the spring for the following school year.
