Payment Plan Options

 

St. Bonaventure collaborates with FACTS Tuition Management Company for the collection of tuition payments and school fees. All families are required to have a FACTS account. Additional information on tuition payment plans can be found here.

Tuition Payment in Full

  • Cash or check paid directly to St. Bonaventure School by July 1, with a FACTS account setup ($20.00 fee) for billing midyear school fees

  • Cash or check payments qualify for cash discount tuition rates.

Credit Card

  • One time annual payment through FACTS Tuition Management Company ($20.00 fee); requires a FACTS payment agreement.

  • Families will be charged the full rate tuition for credit card payments.

ACH - Automatic Bank Debit

  • Four quarterly or ten monthly payments through FACTS Tuition Management Company ($50.00 annual fee), beginning either July 5 or July 20 through April, depending on plan chosen

  • ACH qualifies for cash discount tuition rates.

Note that registration fees are non-refundable. Withdrawal on or after July 1st forfeits one month of tuition. Withdrawal on or after September 1st forfeits the first two months of tuition and withdrawal in the subsequent months will forfeit monthly tuition payments for each month after that. For example, October withdrawal will still require payment of 3 months’ worth of tuition, November - 4 months, and so on. Those withdrawing in May or later will be responsible for paying the full year of tuition.

St. Bonaventure reserves the right to deny readmission to any family delinquent in tuition and/or fees, or who has not met the established Service requirements.
